Pros
Excited to join Trend Micro to be part of a fast growing business in the UK and a re-vamped SE team. Management got rid of most of the dead wood in the UK business Some really good people in the new SE team. Product set really good
Cons
Unfortunately the team doesnt live up to the dream. Some really unfriendly unhelpful individuals (you know who you are) who have been in the technical team for several years. They need to get out of Trend Micro - they are dead wood pulling the team moral down! Senior management have made some really poor decisions in terms of setting up new BU and hiring some odd people across Europe. On boarding experience and skills acquisition very poor.
