Pros
When I joined in 2019, it was a great place to work. It was collaborative, collegial, and rewarding environment with good management. However, it changed drastically over the years, and the last year-and-a-half were awful. Morale hit rock bottom, and no one could trust anyone, and then the RIF came and it got worse.
Cons
Chickens running around without heads - Constantly changing strategies, initiatives that go nowhere, very poor leadership, especially at the executive level. Feels like the ship is sinking.
