>TOXIC WORK CULTURE >Bad Attitude of both Manager and Seniors in the team. Manager likes to threaten by micromanaging people. She has PIP'd a team member without giving proper documentation and the reason why the person is being taken for Performance Improvement Plan >Manager likes favoritism >Not equal distribution of work load >Manager lacks people management skills. Likes to be taken over by emotions during meetings. >My own manager has a grudge on me and have taken the time to make sure that she approved my Resignation after me filing it a month before > People are rude. PEOPLE LACK BUSINESS ETHICS. They would embarrass you in front of other colleagues instead of providing feedback one on one. > You'll feel like you are a slave in that company. >The whole HR is horrible. People do not respond to emails. >NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Most people are having mental health issues and leaves the office at most after 2-3 hrs of OT

Pros

Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

Cons

Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
