      - no proper onboarding for new joiners - knowledge is not documented. Most info is tribal knowledge - product roadmap is slow and product priority changes a lot

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
