      Job duties and expectations were clear. It was pretty easy to get in contact with leads, they all treated us pretty fairly.

      Cons

      Management is quick to scrutinize quality of work, but HR is almost non-existent when you needed them. No true opportunity for growth.

It's easy to start my day at Tresta because I look forward to new challenges and working through those challenges with smart, talented people. Tresta provides the latest tools to work with, this makes my workflow a breeze and it allows me to stay up to date with the latest software in the industry. Tresta encourages it's employees to continuously improve their skills by providing access to certifications and online learning portals. The benefits at Tresta are top notch too!

      Remote first culture, independence, cooperative culture, caring management, competitive wages, 32 hour workweek.

      Cons

      Layoffs, 32-hour workweek turned into 40+ hours a week anyway.
