      Pros

      Having 3 days off, thats really about it.

      Cons

      No pay raises after you reach a year. People will throw you under the bus. Not really worth working here. Too under paid for the amount of stress and work you will be dealing with, but if you like the lab environment go for it.

      Pay is decent and hours are guaranteed with available overtime. Team is Amazing and supportive and remote work is always a plus

      Pros

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
