As a SIEM solution it was a great product. As a start up company there was a lot of room for growth and to make money in sales. The base pay was low, but about right for the area. The commissions and bonuses were good. If you could do the work and produce you could make some very good money. Six figure income.
Cons
Management could be a bit unpredictable which caused a lot of stress. A new VP of Sales was hired while I was there and he was able to buffer a lot of that from the staff, which was a great help. Just keep you head down and produce results and everything would usually work out after a while. Unfortunately the company has been bought out and the new firm has a different sales model.
