The company has a very collaborative work environment where everyone is willing to help each other. Even the management team is approachable, considerate, and open to feedback. Work can sometimes be fast-paced, especially during busy days, but the team works together to manage the workload effectively.

I didn’t realize I wasn’t being properly paid until about 2 or 3 months into the position. I was being underpaid each paycheck. HR blamed the payroll company and the payroll company blamed HR.
