Pros

Awesome team where everyone works together, supports each other and eagerly offers help. Supervisory staff are understanding, supportive and the best that I have worked with in a 30+ year nursing career. We are provided with educational opportunities and encouraged to grow in every way. Another definite pro is that I work remotely in my own home ... no driving to work on blizzard days, or worrying about what uniform to wear to work the next day. I work in comfortable, peaceful surroundings.

Cons

Hours are mostly in the late afternoon evening and night.... but for some people (me being one) this works amazingly well. Working every other weekend ... before working here I was a clinic nurse having weekends and holidays off. here I have a choice on the holiday hours we work so if I have a family gathering at a set time I can usually go.... the work with us for this because they want us to be happy and they understand, they have families too.

Awfully High Call Volumes, No Learning, and Poor Pay

Pros

They provided telehealth solutions to different patients and offered services like remote patient monitoring, access to registered nurses for patient calls, etc.

Cons

The call volumes were terribly high here. There was also no learning as we had to read scripts instead of providing real knowledge to patients. It was ridiculous. The pay was also horribly low for the number of calls I was supposed to answer. Overall, I recommend you avoid TriageLogic and take up a real nursing job to get the respect you deserve. The management won't respect you here.

The company does not have your back

Pros

Work from home option for some.

Cons

The company does not have your back. You're on your own and are expected to know everything. Staff morale is poor. Overworked and understaffed. Poor communication overall. You're just a number. Never get a raise, never get recognized for accomplishments.
