- Close team - Worked directly with clients weeks after starting the position - Great mentors - Learned new and important skills to thrive at the position - Health coverage
Cons
- As an entry-level employee, was not making much at the beginning. Took a few years to earn a decent salary that was above minimum wage. - Client demand. Often went over hours for our monthly retainer but was still expected to perform and answer emails up until evening hours and weekends.
