Pros

Friendly atmosphere. PAN India Offices. Learning on how to face tough situations. Skills improvement.

Cons

There are two divisions in this company one is sales and other is service support. Sales incentives are broken in quarters which you will never get at-least for 2-3 quarters of a year as business closure takes time. One will be under pressure most of the times and with lack of support added into it. Expecting the output from day one without any proper training. Very less travelling expenses even at Sr.Engineer / Accounts Manager level the hotel charges are less than 1000 and food charges even less than 150 per meal. Sometimes salary is late. Less salary. Processes inside are very week, the Job responsibilities are same even from engineer to account manager level. Salary on paper is high but take home is too less because of so called incentive part. with all this crap you have to perform and if you cant you can be terminated without notice. Even for service personal there are targets and they are bit more tough. Promotion doesn't make sense in this scenario.

Pros

Trident Techlabs offers a good learning environment, especially for freshers and early-career engineers. The team is supportive, and seniors are generally approachable and willing to help when you’re stuck. Projects expose you to practical, real-world problems, which helps build hands-on skills rather than just theoretical knowledge. Work culture is professional, and there’s a decent focus on meeting deadlines without unnecessary pressure.

Cons

Career growth and salary increments could be faster. Sometimes processes are not very clearly defined, which can lead to confusion in the early stages of a project. Workload may increase during tight deadlines, and documentation standards can be improved.
