Pros

Reporting was Supportive in my case, Proper HR policy, Travelling allowance

Cons

Apart from Pros , This company is pathetic in Financial aspect - 1. No Salary on monthly basis since Nov 2019. 2. Deducted Rs 4000 every month from April 2019 on the name of COVID-19 till they put me on LWP. No reimbursement of the money. 3. They have not paid salary for the month of May, June and July 2020 in context of financial crisis in the company. If you made us to work then you should have balls to pay the salary. 4. It has been 1 year, no sign of getting that unpaid salaries inspite of sending many emails. In reply, The company has no money to pay the salaries, once have will pay. 5. This Kind of companies are like a scam who are making money from its employees holded salaries and not paying telling we are not doing enough business to you all.

Pros

Trident Techlabs offers a good learning environment, especially for freshers and early-career engineers. The team is supportive, and seniors are generally approachable and willing to help when you’re stuck. Projects expose you to practical, real-world problems, which helps build hands-on skills rather than just theoretical knowledge. Work culture is professional, and there’s a decent focus on meeting deadlines without unnecessary pressure.

Cons

Career growth and salary increments could be faster. Sometimes processes are not very clearly defined, which can lead to confusion in the early stages of a project. Workload may increase during tight deadlines, and documentation standards can be improved.
