Pros

Super Dispatch Team that actually puts effort into making sure you have the information needed to make the run successfully.

Cons

Branch Management has a low opinion of Driver's IQ's not realizing how hard the Driver's job is. Most of the Management I encountered would quit or loose their CDL in 6 months if having to do the Driver's job.
