Lacking Family orientation - Dispatch Trimac Employee Review

Lots of managerial shakeups makes it tough to adapt, systems could use an overhaul, long hours and expectation to have work completed without overtime even if your day is turned upside down an hour before you head home. It's not really great if you have a family. Remote work is completely an opportunity but they'd rather you sit in a noisy work environment and arms length away while you take calls all day makes it hard to focus. Definitely a "boys club" mentality. Lots of overhaul is required to get the culture back together.
