Pros

Lots to look forward to in a future of digital innovation and increased collaboration across the business. Great people to work with and many opportunities to grow this ever more digitalised business.

Cons

In such a fast paced competitive environment it is imperative to change at an even faster pace. Will be great to see a better collaboration across the entire business, with more open working across departments, hopefully to be made easier with a different office layout when we condense to two floors.

Great collaborative working experience. A curious mix of veteran journalists and young, new media content creators.

Cons

Inconsistent standard of content. More interested in creating populist, engaging content than important culturally significant work.
