1. Micromanaging at every level, CEO also micro manages everyone 2. No personal life remaining, every time you are suppose to work day night weekend. 3. No processes followed. Not even HR processes. All are formulated just for the auditors, other times not being followed. 4. They can put you anytime in any work for any timespan 5. No IT culture. People shout like some gundas while reviewing. No work from home. Leaves are just for photo framing.
