      Opportunity to learn and work with a wide range of technologies used within the company. Good exposure to different technical domains and projects. Ownership and responsibility for the work assigned, which helps in professional growth and skill development.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, low salary, frequent weekend work, and long working hours of nearly 12 hours every weekday. The work culture is toxic, with significant office politics

      No good thing about this company.

      Cons

      Extremely disappointing experience. The work-life balance is practically non-existent. Despite official working hours, employees are often expected to work late into the night, and overnight work has become normalized. The salary does not match the workload, pressure, or expectations. The management and work culture are among the worst I have experienced. Employee well-being seems to be a very low priority, and the environment can be extremely stressful. I would strongly advise experienced professionals and freshers to thoroughly research this company before accepting an offer. Personally, I would not recommend joining this organization. Please speak to current and former employees and make an informed decision before considering an opportunity here.
