      Collegial and supportive environment, care about students and their education, work-life balance

      Cons

      Lack of access to multiple major academic journals, but the inter-liabrary loan works well to allow you access an article timely.

      Everyone is motivated and driven to produce results.

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
