      Flexible work hours and they work really well with your class schedule.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours can be daunting like opening or closing shifts (6:00am or 12:00am) and that’s hard for a college student

      Everyone is motivated and driven to produce results.

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
