Pros

Snacks & beverages in the office

Cons

High turnover, weak leadership, in-office work requirement doesn't make sense and is not consistent. In less than 1 year I had 3 different supervisors (I think). Much of the executive leadership positions are remote, but require people who live locally to work in office at least 3 days/week, and the office is chaotic to say the least. There are so many desks crammed in so close to one another it's like we were cows in a feed lot. Culture is oddly cliquey and unnecessarily chaotic. The company policies stated business hours begin by 9 am, but leadership regularly schedule meetings/events at 8 am which shows a lack of respect for work-life balance. This trickles down to unofficial managers deciding that they can expect you to be available early when they decide they are working from home and even ask you to be in office certain days because they want you to. The "hybrid" schedule doesn't work well because the teams/departments aren't clearly defined and lack of leadership results in bullying by the squeakiest wheels. This company doesn't act as a "start up" as they like to say, but more as a culture of high schoolers trying to be grown ups.

Pros

They culture without forcing culture. It just is. They go way beyond the standard “pizza party reward”

Cons

3 days a week in office but that’s not too bad.

Pros

Great culture, the brand of the company matched the people very well.

Cons

From transitioning from startup to Mars corporation. Roles were shifting drastically in the marketing department and they made it unclear what was needed. Asked me to redefine my role, passive aggressive management as well.
