The culture was completely non-existent. Absolutely everything was extremely urgent, no matter how big or small. Nothing was planning in advance (because of leadership not employees). Last minute changes we not a rare occurrence but came to be expected every day/week. Working on weekends was expected, even at a low level. As was being available on slack at all hours. The favoritism was completely obvious. Even if you were one of the lucky few who leadership liked, it didn’t make up for the terrible work life balance, overall stress, and toxic workplace. We were encouraged to abuse vendors and agencies to make them do much more work than they agreed to, for the least amount of money possible.
