Pros
Found Trustmark to be a great all around company. Very nice people, had no issues with personalities or management.
Cons
The cost of benefits seemed high; however I had benefits through spouse's company which was my only comparison. Trustmark's benefits would have cost us an extra $5K per year compared to what we had.
