    Pros

Great mobility. If you don't like your position, and you are working to acquire other skills, getting a different job within Trustmark is not hard.

    Cons

No parking provided, which can be huge, especially since is in downtown Jackson. The environment can be a little bit old-fashioned. Like it's better if you play golf and are part of the "club."

    Advice to Management

Hire people that are different; if you hire people that fit in with everyone, you will end up with people that think the same way, losing a lot of talent in the process.

    Pros

Traditional Values of a conservative bank create a comfortable place to work, where 401k matching and job security are the best reasons to work here.

    Cons

Old bank means old infrastructure. Banking services and needs are outdated and make it very hard to compete on a day to day.

    Advice to Management

Continue to make platform more technologically sound
