      Really great company culture and supportive environment from the management team.

      Cons

      Small team so you can have quite alot of tasks at hand but despite this it’s still manageable due to good colleagues and bosses.

      Supportive colleagues and supervisors who guide new staff. Strong focus on youth rehabilitation and growth. Opportunities to run group programmes and casework. Exposure to family engagement and multi-agency collaboration. Good place to gain frontline experience in social service.

      Workload can be heavy due to residential setting. Emotional demands require strong resilience.
