      Steady stream of clients. They support furthering your studies

      Cons

      Everything else. From management, to low salary and benefits. Expect avg increments of 2 - 3%. Performance bonus ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. No AWS. Expected to work more than 44 hours. Once they give you a work phone expect to case manage after hours. When they lost the tender for one of their projects. Many lost their jobs with proper severance package, what they do is offer you a change in vocation with a pay cut and if you decline the offer you end up not receiving your severance payout.

      Dedicated team and great for people that are ready to learn about the social services Dynamic needs from the residents and support from staff always provided

      Sometimes a lack of transparency and communication Can be emotionally taxing at times but there are sessions for debrief
