The board members were kind people.
Cons
Underpaid, overworked and they didn’t believe in supervision or worker’s mental health. ED then had a toxic personality and working dynamics. Highly temperamental and even openly scolded staff. And rest of management didn’t raise any alarm bells. Some management don’t have the ground knowledge or youth experience to do the work.
