      Good team to work. Reasonable demands for amount of videos per week.

      Cons

      Pipeline changes every 3 months. Burnouts likely to happen. Not great comunication on work feedback. They can cut you off in a blink with no explanation.

      Production team was great and fun to work with. Lots of resources to make shoots look good.

      Cons

      Rough work-life balance. Leadership didn't listen to the needs of people actually doing the work and was disorganized
