Underpaid for back breaking work - Warehouse Associate Turn5 Employee Review

Pros

Immediate supervisors and management try their best to stay within the lines while also trying to accommodate employees.

Cons

Working in the warehouse can make you feel like you’re on a slaveship. They want to pay you well below the top rate of the average warehouse associate and also want you to be a non stop machine picking or putting away items up to 150 pounds in dangerous crowded aisles. During this whole fiasco you are required to meet a certain quota that determines your quarterly bonus. Beware that your attendance (wether because of medical reasons or not) can snatch that bonus away. Oh yea and the fact that they pay quarterly bonuses (to whom deserves it) is the reason why they don’t offer raises to their employees. The turnover rate is so high because no one will want to keep putting themselves through this for such a small paycheck. Which makes even more work for the people who decide to stick with this company.

Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
