Culture is becoming significantly more stifling and very autocratic. Senior executives are curt and extremely rude to staff. We are not able to attract good talent any more. Management abuse has become legend outside the company now as much as it is pervasive inside. Top management has a persecution complex and blocks legitimate criticism. . Rumor trumps fact. Credibility is gone. The business overall is fragmenting quickly. Employees are very uncertain about direction and the future. Staff are quitting even without jobs to go to.
