Pros
I noticed most of the reviews have been written by former or current employees of the Media Buying and Strategy teams and felt that I should say something about the Analytics and Engineering department. Although the rest of the company has gone through some seriously rocky transitions in the last few months, the Analytics and Engineering team have had very little turnover and are growing at a much more reasonable pace--horizontally, not vertically. Altogether there is more cooperation on our side, more self governance, and a lot of intelligent people working together to come up with some interesting and occasionally cutting-edge ideas to bring to TwoNil's clients. I'm not going to say this is the greatest place in the world to work, but it feels like there the potential to do big things is here. If you value relative-autonomy in your working environment and the ability to bring new ideas to the table and have those heard, TwoNil's analytics team is definitely a good place to be and to grow.
Cons
Start-up culture can leave you exhausted, both emotionally and physically. It's no different here--so be prepared to work longer than the advertised forty-hours a week. In addition, the office is way too small for a company growing so quickly and the space issue needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. It can get really loud and distracting sometimes when trying to concentrate on a problem.
