      Pros

      Friendly people and great training. I love what the company stands for and the support they give their employees. This is the one Biotech company that truly puts the patient first! Amazing healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Trust of upper management could definitely be improved. The company seems to have lost some direction due to multiple changes over the past several years.
