      Pros

      Small company, good work environment, accessible leaders, congenial co-workers. On a strong growth trajectory for the past 10 years. Lots of potential for future growth.

      Cons

      Government contracting is always a roller coaster. The company is in the midst of a merger into Eqlipse Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arlington Capital Partners, which should provide more resources, but also brings uncertainty.
