      Pros

      Great people, amazing flexible with schedules, promote from within, work from home from time to time, very stress free environment, international company. Some reviews mention the company does not promote from within but that is completely untrue. From what I have seen, if at all possible, management strives to fill positions by promoting current employees.

      Cons

      Pay is way below national average. Company is on an extremely tight budget and it is very noticable in how cheap they can be. Communication can be slow between international offices. Sometimes responsibilities are dumped on a person who is already overloaded if someone leaves the company.

      • Relaxed and accommodating work environment • Keep busy and do your work and metrics won't matter

      • Only full-time employees get their own work desk • Providing side education tech skills training would be nice

      Pros

      - Great place to gain experience in a technical position without having prior experience - Good place to learn website/domain hosting, Linux, server administration, and other technologies - Great people to work with in a good work environment - Despite the cons, still a good place to start out and gain experience especially while in school

      Cons

      - Hardly any career advancement opportunities for Level 1 Technical Support - The company hates hiring full-time employees - Pay is not great with small (if any) raises - New development projects and company websites are rushed out way too fast. Meeting deadlines and implementing flashy new websites and interfaces is more valued than providing a product that actually works.
