I finally escaped the escalating nightmare of their echo chamber of silo-style managemt that badgered their staff to change from caring devoted staff into apethetic drones who dreaded stepping up to espouse the passion they were hired for.
Cons
The worst factor of working for UL Everclean was helplessly watching it evolve from a passion centric group striving to make the world a better place into an establishment that would rather step over dollars to pick up pennies and the clients well-being be damned as long as they were being told pleasant pillow talk. If you want to be micro-managed and treated like a kindergarten child instead of a professional, talked down to, disrespected by managers, and kicked when you're down.... this is the palce for you.
