Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible Schedule. Travel is available depending on the industry you work in. Reasonably comfortable environment. Facility has health/fitness room and grounds have walking paths and various courts. Cafeteria food is not that bad so no need to leave campus everyday for lunch unless you want to get out offsite for a break.
Cons
Company preaches pay for performance but does not reward. Low pay for experience. As a senior member of the engineering staff I feel I have a target on my back as one of the "higher paid" salary staff even though my salary is low compared to other companies in the Chicago area based on my experience level.
