The people that are below management level are excellent to work with and have great personalities.
Cons
Lack of Management- Management is unfortunately lacking tremendously in qualifications for many positions and they don't have an onboarding or training program developed for new hires. Over Delegation- They will intentionally over encumber you with work and provide you zero support. You will unfortunately be held accountable for the short comings of management and blamed for failures out of your control while the company as a whole is short-handed. Over Promise, Under Deliver- They will promise you the world and tremendous growth within the company while using you as a workhorse until management decides to blame you for an unrealistic goal that is not achieved. To save themselves they will use you take the blame. No Evaluation Structure- Most people that have worked at this company for 25 years plus and have not received a standard inflation increase in this timeframe. High Turnover Rate- Due to the lack of performance evaluations and over-delegations of workload this has lead to some of last team members with any knowledge of the industry to seek much better opportunities. Unprofessionalism- Management is guilty of frequently using profanity/belittling attitude towards you even in public meeting settings. The HR department does not provide you support in these instances unfortunately. Culture- There is unfortunately zero culture in this company. Only upper management sticks together in a ''click'' like format and will try to passive aggressively push you out the door or make things harder for you if you don't fit their personality type. Work Life Balance- In initial hiring phase they will speak on work life balance being important to the company then expect you to put in a standard of 60+ hours a week as soon as you show any signs of competence. Figure it out attitude- I touched on their lack of structure and onboarding program already. However, in most instances they will have you do a task and tell you to figure it out with either incorrect reference history or zero information for you to utilize. You are informed it's your job to figure it out.
