      UNICEF has a great mission and it is wonderful to be part of that effort.

      Cons

      The Executive Director has been in place far too long and doesn't have the skills, energy or compassion needed for the job.

      -great exposure to a UN agency with one of the strongest and clearest mandates

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
