Excellent people and mentorship in my departments (customer service, sales). Leadership was empowering and encouraging to those who wanted to grow. Left in 2022 after acquired by Republic for unrelated personal reasons.

A lot of acquisitions over the years meant different operating systems to contend with, which was difficult at times, but the company was always taking steps to move every site over to the same system.

Work environment was pretty good
