Pros
Very flexible with hours..there's always work ! As much over time as you want ! You can use your own car or theirs. And of course if you use your own car you'll be paid .42 per mile (which adds up).
Cons
The pay sucks, benefits suck. I have 20 years of experience and Im making $15 per hour ?? Seriously ?? Im a hard worker always looking for hours and I make $15 per hour ?? Yeah, US LABS you need to PAY your employee's and stop hiring inexperienced and/or phlebs who just dont care so that you can save money ! Management not to bad
