Pros
Direct line to executive leadership. Company is in growth mode which is very exciting. Management seems to truly want to help employees progress their careers; they are very open to helping with job relevant certifications/training.
Cons
USmax employees jump in and help where ever and whenever needed. If someone does not like to take on additional responsibilities and learn new things this may not be the place for them.
