I worked at USMax full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Quick to answer questions. Hire for positions from within the project when higher positions become vacant. Good referral program. Provides good communication.

    Cons

The annual review program is not what one expects. The annual review happens but there is no annual salary movement.

    Advice to Management

Consider the annual salary increase with the annual review. This is a good way to retain the employees that work hard on the projects they are working on.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at USMax full-time

    Pros

Met a couple of good colleagues

    Cons

Tons of micromanagement coming from clueless leadership, poor business development, many incompetent employees (that goes unrecognized by the clueless leadership). Salaries are low and "employees" are treated like assets instead of people.

    Advice to Management

Step down and let someone take over or actually listen to advice from more experienced people

    Negative Outlook

I worked at USMax full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The customer was good to work with.

    Cons

Project Managers are sketchy. They're put into position as "Technical Project Managers" and in reality, they can barley turn on their laptops. Was promised a bonus when hitting a certain project milestone and once I accomplished the milestone task, they refused to pay the bonus. Get everything in writing if you chose to accept employment with this company.

    Advice to Management

Treat your people better. They're the reason you're able to stay in business.
