Pros
Pay is about standard for the industry. Insurance benefits are a little above average I would say. People you are "in the trenches" with are a tight knit group. They take care of each other
Cons
No possibility for advancement. If you are doing a good job, they want to keep you in that role no matter what so as to no rock the boat. People from outside the company can be hired in with almost no experience, but an internal candidate has several obstacles they must overcome to be considered for promotion.
