Strong Culture, Good Pay
Mar 22, 2023 - Sr Manager, Marketing in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Genuine people and culture, fair pay and benefits
Cons
No major cons come to mind
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great culture, benefits, and possibly to advance. Paying for me to get my MBA. Happy to help me learn new skills.
Cons
Rules not applied equally to all employees. Management seems to be a bit old fashioned and needs to catch up with new technologies and work expectations.

Poor Choices - Culture is all talk, no walk
May 31, 2023 - Senior Project Manager in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Remote and laid back and they leave me be
Cons
Free and easy with money. Does not pay attention to projects that are important to the bottom line. Senior Management care about the pet people and the rest of the team either lay low or is beaten down. Culture is questionable. They will use it against you. Management spends money like government prints dollar bills. The company from the parent company on down just went through a large layoff and still doesn't get why and won't cut back. My colleagues and I just sit back and watch and wait while looking for better opportunities. The whispers are loud.

Pros
Benefits, commission was paid fairly well when I first began with the company, diverse, decent hours, on going training, room for advancement
Cons
The pros could not out weigh the cons when they changed the pay structure. I understood it from the company's POV but caused me to grab a second job. Raising a family and having a personal life I no longer wanted to do that. I went on to gain a certification in another field and blessed to make more with a flexible schedule.

Pros
Decent PTO. Pretty convenient hours. Opportunities for other departments in the company.
Cons
Almost worked at the company for a year now. Seems like the company is on a steady decline unfortunately since the new CEO took over from me talking with more tenured representatives and looking on reddit. With the new commission structure as well it chopped commission payouts in half and really took away the incentive to over perform since the payout is comical. Also like selling with transparency and the management I've had likes to ride the grey are and force you to sell a certain way to benefit their numbers despite if you were to hit your quote. Not much training at all and you're basically told to watch videos for a week and then hop on the sales floor.

Great people, dying infrastructure
May 24, 2023 - Solutions EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Culture, car, manager support, career mentorship, training, partners, salary
Cons
Toxic positivity, dying infrastructure, engineers waiting to retire with no plans to fix the network, subpar business partners, pocketed coverage, tiny commissions

Good company but unrealistic expectations
Dec 27, 2022 - Customer Solutions Specialist in Knoxville, TNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good pay and benefits Holidays are not required. You can volunteer for holidays but it could still be possible to be drafted if not enough people volunteer and you haven't worked a holiday. Responded quickly to covid and changed how the business was run (I worked in the call center)
Cons
The company will side with customers over you 100% of the time even if the customer is rude and demeaning. Call center representatives keep getting additional duties added to their jobs without additional pay (most of the time) There are never enough supervisors available to respond to questions during a call. Regular representatives (solutions specialists) are expected to take escalations instead of supervisors. Surveys for calls can not be disputed- an angry customer giving you a bad review can impact your statistics tremendously. Very difficult to get vacation time approved. There is never enough hours allocated for each day so you end up only being able to take a few hours here and there instead of days at a time and never expect there to be enough hours available to take a whole week off at a time.
