      -Development -Culture is amazing -They treat their employees RIGHT -Very dynamic Industry -The people who work there are awesome -LOTS of opportunity for advancement- especially if you are mobile

      Cons

      -When people don't understand how to work in a values based business (most companies are finance or product based), things can be very confusing for those people- they almost never make it. -US Cellular is exiting several markets (pending the FCC approval of the sale of spectrum and customers to Sprint.
