Pros
Really focused on the customer. Many very nice, smart people. Some good changes, like major improvements to device lineup.
Cons
Growing pains as the company evolves. Reactive, everything is last minute. Growing the workforce, but things are getting bureaucratic. Still some challenges of being a smaller player, like roaming issues.
