Pros
Competition can not touch US Cellular' s network or customer service in the markets they serve. Culture Survey does work, management values and reacts to the opinions of the employee's. Can still react to pricing and competitive challenges.
Cons
Difficult to compete head to head with the big national carriers with product offerings. BYOD has eliminated real growth opportunities in business channel. Overall - the wireless market is mature and saturated, new growth will be challenging.
