Pros
At one time USCC had an awesome brand that really meant something. They have coverage in areas other providers do not have. They also have some great talent.
Cons
They are very unfriendly to outside hires. Management promises a lot and delivers almost nothing. Lots of finger pointing. The messages change from person to person. Very political landscape. USCC has made some really bone-headed decisions. The new billing system has caused a conflict in so many areas it is really sad. Be warned! Working at USCC will put a target on your back by all the unhappy customers. Go read their Facebook page and see what customers are saying.
