Pros
Great benefits, the training for the actual position was ok (mostly self trained), great compensation if you perform well/put in your dues and depending on your manager - you might get to work from home. It also depends on your own manager if there is any sort of understanding for a work/life balance.
Cons
Difficult to advance or be promoted. Management says they want employees to be open and honest but really only if that is thinking the same as the manager. If you have your own opinion, which is not the way the group thinks, this is not the place for you. Also, some upper level managers have favorite employees.
