      Good pay and some good leaders and professionals. Focus on growth and customers.

      Cons

      The politics! It used to be a company that focused on developing, obtaining and retaining the right people and talent and moved to moving employees into positions with 0 experience or skill required for that role. It moved to who you know vs what you know. Very unfortunate.
