culture for associates is good feedback is frequent so you always know where you stand decent salary customer is number 1 priority

Cons

schedules are subject to change coaching leaves you stuck between management and associates coaches continue to be asked to do more so while work/life balance is encouraged it is not realistic training for coaches needs to be restructured to be more effective
